At Johnny Slicks®, we stand behind our organic grooming products and want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our Slick Team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the products back to our distribution center.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
